What Spry is
Spry is a general wellness product, not medical care. It does not diagnose or treat anything. If something hurts, stop. If you have a condition that affects your balance or your heart, have a word with your doctor before you start — and show them the plan, it is ordinary strength and balance work.
What you pay
You pay the amount shown on the plan you choose, on the day you buy it. Each plan states on the card how often it renews and at what price — the same price, never a higher one after an introductory period.
Renewals
We email you a week before every renewal, every time. If you would rather not renew, cancelling before that date costs you nothing and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Cancelling
One screen, one button, any time — in your account, or by replying to any email we send you. We will not ask you to phone anyone and we will not put an offer in your way on the way out.
The guarantee
If the plan is not for you, tell us within 30 days of buying it and we refund you in full. If we posted you the printed booklet, keep it.
